The simple solution is often overlooked, because of its simplicity. Because it is has taken people and organizations so much time, effort and money to identify and create their problems, they feel the solutions will be complicated, sophisticated, difficult, and expensive.

We believe that the best solutions are the most pragmatic, the most cost-effective, and the easiest to implement. If recommendations draw a response of "Why didn't we think of that?" as opposed to "How in the world are we ever going to do this?" then the job of problem-solving has been completed, most effectively, and the solutions have a far greater chance of actual implementation and success.

By discovering, or re-discovering, the resident and residual aspects of original purpose and mandates, we can begin the work of addressing the unnecessary architecture built up around unproductive or counter-productive activities and people. The goal is to create a renewed enterprise, reenergized by inspired people working to fulfill a constructive, profitable mission, demonstrating an essential, effective, expertise.
